Universal objective holder:
No AFM is included.
To be used in combination with SNA0830, SNA0670.
Standard Olympus and Mitutoyo objectives (from 2x up to 100x oil immersion) can be installed.
Applications: high resolution imaging and confocal microscopy (e.g. with 100x, high NA objectives), rough sample positioning (e.g. with 10x objective).
SNA0830, SNA0670 and SNA01OBJ can be easily exchanged to visualize the same sample area with different objectives.
