Universal base unit for all types of exchangeable mounts. Allows performance of the measurements in low vacuum  (0,05 Torr).
Unit Includes:
– step motor and transfer mechanism for automatic approach system,
–  flange for vacuum pump,
–  connectors for scanner, measuring head, AFAM module, heating stage, bias voltage supply, additional step motor;
– built-in electronics;
– stand for videomicroscope (based on CCD04o, CCD05o, CCD07NTF).
Accessory kit includes air/gas inlet/outlet.
Allows installation of exchangeable mounts SCC02NTF, SCC05NTF,  SCC07NTF,  SCC08NTF,  SCC09NTF,  SCC14NTF and In-plane magnetic field generator  EMF06NTF.
