The Probe NanoLaboratory (PNL) NTEGRA is a newest generation of research SPM systems with nanometer resolution - Spectra, Vita, Maximus, Tomo, Therma, Aura, Prima, Solaris.
Each of them has unique set of parameters optimized to carry out probe measurements in some special areas. At the same time specialized SPM system can be used as the core to form multifunctional nanolaboratory. It is  possible thanks to the fact that SPM was developed in accordance with the conception of unified NTEGRA platform.
