NANOFAB 100 platform: FIB GIS module

FIB GIS module is an advanced solution for modification and analysis of wafers up to 100 mm by means of ion beam cutting, local and selective etching, local ion beam induced chemical vapor deposition.

Module can be extended with SEM column providing high resolution imaging and SIMS system allowing to carry out local chemical analysis of elemental composition.
