The SOLVER HV-MFM is a new model high vacuum scanning probe microscope. The device is specifically designed for measurements in vacuum conditions and with rare gaseous unagressive media. Proven advantages of the SOLVER HV are successfully upgraded with improved technical features, such as the use of a water cooled electromagnet, which is added to enable a substantial increase the interaction of the magnetic field. A vacuum system is added to limit the pressure to 8x10^-8 Torr. A fully automated video microscope enables the SOLVER HV-MFM to visually observe the measurement process in the vacuum chamber.
