NANOFAB 25 platform

NANOFAB 25 is a modular analytical and technological platform, which is developed to assemble nanotechnology facilities that provide formation of nanostructures on substrates of diameters up to 25 mm as well as physical-chemical analysis of those nanostructures.

With their relatively small dimensions and radial layout, nanotechnology facilities based on NANOFAB 25 platform can be installed practically in any laboratory room.

The UHV radial distribution module supplied with the platform allows for versatile research of nanostructures with atomic resolution, including UV, X-ray, electron and ion spectroscopies.
