NanoEducator is the full SPM, which was designed especially for learning the basic methods of SPM. The device allows carrying out AFM and STM measuring without probe replacement. The measuring head includes scanner with object stage, where the sample is placed, and a probe sensor. The construction of the measuring head is made to avoid accidental damage of the scanner in case of lateral move.

• Easy-set digital video camera has an autonomous light source and can be mounted on the measuring head. Video camera motion allows choosing the interesting field on the sample's surface. The location of the light source can be changed that is perfect for accentuating the peculiar properties of the sample's relief by changing the light angle.

Probe sensor

Universal probe sensor is designed to be recovering: in case of wear or damage of the tip, made of tungsten wire, the probe can be sharpened by the etching method.

The etching tool

• For sharpening the proves there is a special etching tool. By the electrochemical etching it allows obtaining probes with the radius of rounding close to 0.2 µm.
