In March, 2009 NT-MDT Company has held world-wide self presentation, taking part in four international exhibitions organized in the most high-tech countries of the world: Russia, USA, Germany, and Israel.
XIII Annual Symposium of "Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics" (Russia, Nizhny Novgorod), organized by Institute for physics of microstructures RAS, is considered to be one of the must-attend Russian exhibitions. It gathered scientists of all principal Russian research institutes, business authorities famous specialists and government representatives. Our company participates in this exhibition since long ago, and much of its exhibitors and visitors are old NT-MDT customers. The new device SOLVER HV-MFM intended for investigations in high vacuum was presented at the exhibition and gained great attention of the physicists.

Another significant event of March was DPG Spring Meeting of the Condensed Matter Section (Germany, Dresden) – one of the largest and most expected scientific physics conference held in Europe. DPG – is the second greatest specialized community in the world. Its annual conferences, held in specialized institutes, and gather thousands of physicists, from physics students through post docs to professors and even world famous Nobel Prize winners.
Among NT-MDT devices presented at the Conference NTEGRA Aura gained the most part of audience’ interest. This device, intended for research in the conditions of controlled environment and low vacuum, met all special requirements of the majority of the visitors.
The next first-rate scientific event of the march - the 237th ACS Spring Meeting - occurred on the other side of the world. ACS is a professional respective American Chemical Society with global networking platform, a leading source in the field of authorized information concerning the cutting-edge spheres of the chemistry. The 237th ACS National Meeting & Exposition was devoted to the theme “Nanoscience: Challenges for the Future”. Over 300 exponents and more than 10 thousands visitors came to this event to learn about scientific and industrial trends, to discover and present effective technologies improving productivities and network with chemical and industrial scientists. Bright Company exposition attracted visitors’ attention to the wide variety of equipment. But special attention of the scientists’ who was interested in nonlinear optic effects (such as TERS - tip enhanced Raman scattering) were directed to NTEGRA Spectra, the winner of the R&D100.
And chronologically last but not least important event of the March was NanoIsrael 2009, exhibition and conference held as a part of Israel 60th anniversary celebration. This unique event was organized by Israel National Nanotechnology Initiative (INNI) and multiple nanotechnology centers of Israeli universities. NT-MDT was not only an exhibitor, but also a “golden sponsor” of the NanoIsrael 2009. As the main theme of the exhibition was nanoscience, NT-MDT managed to present its development for different applications and spheres. The visitors were greatly interested in the Company devices especially in NTEGRA models.
The result of these four exhibitions is the comprehensive presentation of full range of NT-MDT equipment in different regions of the world at the most significant events in the cutting-edge scientific fields.
