The NT-MDT Co. successfully completed the ProIMAGE Contest 2009. With great pleasure the Company congratulates the winners.

01.02.2010

The ProIMAGE Contest, held by NT-MDT Co. in June-December 2009, has been successfully completed. The participants from all over the world submitted the images obtained with NT-MDT probes. Every month NT-MDT Co. experts chose the winner from top-10 images and rewarded him with $1000 certificate. Moreover every author of top-10 images got valuable prizes. During these 6 months hundreds of researchers sent the images and thousands of people from around a world voted! The Contest impressed the participants and NT-MDT specialists very much.

It’s not only equipment that matter for gaining the perfect images. The image quality also depends on the chosen probe. The target of the ProIMAGE Contest was to show the results obtained with a wide range of specialized NT-MDT tips.

The Contest was the international event. The scientists from 15 countries and 3 continents participated in the competition. The number of votes per one image rose to 9000.

The competition collected the images showing the probes application for researching the different objects: cells, molecules and atoms of the organic and non-organic materials, for example minerals, soil, bacteria, tobacco smoke etc. The results were scientifically important and aesthetically interesting. “Now we can easily make an exhibition, - Andrew Shubin, VP Marketing NT-MDT Co., said, – Many images look like the real masterpieces!”

The NT-MTD Co. thanks all the participants and voters of The Contest and wishes them a success in their further investigations. The Contest winners are the scientists from India, Turkey, Italy and Russia. Their winning images are presented below:
