The NT- MDT project “NTEGRA”– the winner of “Russian Innovation Competition - IV”

On the 3rd of June, 2005, the final round of “Russian Innovation Competition - IV” was done in Moscow. This event was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation, Federal Agency of Nuclear Power, System, Hewlett-Packard and business weekly “Expert”. The minister of Education and Science A.A. Fursenko headed the ceremony of the winner rewarding.

NT-MDT holds an important position on the international nanotechnology market, installing its products – scanning probe microscopes and other devices developed on the SPM basis – in the foremost scientific centers of Europe, USA, Asia. NT-MDT project “Development, production and launching the new product line NTEGRA – universal nanotechnology scanning probe laboratory” has been selected by the competition advisory committee at the 2nd and 3rd rounds and has reached the final.

The universality of new nanotechnology laboratory enables to carry out investigations in diversity of science and business fields: semiconductors, material science, polymers, biology etc. The project became the winner in section “Success history” and was awarded by the Innovation Premium “Prospect”!
