Maximum protection of the SPM scanning system against external vibration is very important for obtaining stable SPM work and high-precision results. To fulfill the conditions the special antivibration suspension was designed.
Suspension is stable to permanent external influences, and it has packaged design allowed to hinge. Thus the undesirable vibration is eliminated without use of high-priced antivibration devices.
