Measuring head with IR laser

Universal measuring head is designed for a wide range of scientific research. It is allowed to provide almost all AFM modes. Due to use of the set of specialized adjusting stages, it is possible tuned up just once to change the cantilever without subsequent alignment.

The measuring head contains an optic system for detection of the bending of a cantilever, including IR laser and four-section photodiode. Owing to the optic system, it is possible to investigate samples even visible-light-sensitive with high spatial resolution. At the expense of IR laser it is enabled to carry out measurements of Raman-scattered light, fluorescence and perform scanning simultaneously.
